You can get apps that replace it with a different daydream. I currently use one that pulls from 500px.com
The backdrop (daydream is just the screensaver function backdrop is the screensaver your reffering to) settings are in the google home app on a phone or tablet i don't know that you can change the things you want but you can use other apps as screensavers.
