As the title says I can get the shield tv to acknowledge my PS4 controller but all the buttons are messed up and some do nothing at all. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, do you have the old the ds4 or the v2 (comes with ps4 pro & slim)? I bought the v2 to use with my shield tv and it turns out only the old ds4 is supported. I bought the old version because of this and it works perfectly now.
