afaik, these webcam or cameras needs to be UVC (USB video class) compliant to work with android. I remember connecting a Logitech C270 webcam to my minix u1 and it works. I tried other cheap cameras that are not UVC compliant and it doesnt work. Not really sure with Android TV OS since I not longer have the webcam with me.
