IPTV App

Hello, I have a question for those who have IPTV apps on your tv. I am subscribed to Zazeen tv and I have an STB connected to my Android TV. According to Zazeen tv, I can use an app called yourTv to watch tv on my phone (android or iOS), I just need to provide the server, username and password. Everything works fine and since it is an IPTV I was wondering if I could skip the need for an STB and install an app like yourTV on android TV and watch my feed from there.

The problem is, yourTV does not work on Android TV (just mobile) and most of the apps I see, needs you to add a stream (.m3u8 or another extension) and not the same one I have. Does anyone know of any app that could work for me ?

SmartIPTV has a neat interface, but requires M3Us. And then there is TVirl which feeds M3Us and EPG into the default Live TV app. Unfortunately, the golden standard for IPTV are M3Us. Try asking your provider for those.

Maybe check out Mobdro if it works on your device? Sorry man if thats not good advice.

my favorite for IPTV is Progtv.

you can try to sideload the apk that works on your phone. you can also try an app called stbemu. it might work, but is worth a try

i'm using the default app of android tv "Live channels" for IPTV. others apps are so clunky.

edit i'm using cumulustv to load the mu3 list on Live channels
