If you're just looking for a big Android device, then try asking /r/Android. We discuss the Android TV platform in here. None of the Android TV devices involve a touchscreen since just about every living room TV does not have one. The Android TV OS was forked specifically to work without one.

Have a look at this novel device.

It is a projector that will beam up to a 100" image on any surface. The unique aspect of the technology is the built in Android o/s also sends a second beam that recognizes finger touches, pen pointer and gestures. Essentially turns any surface into a legit touch screen Android laptop.

And, since it has Android on board, you can run any app to provide streaming content.

I have had one for over a year and its a real conversation starter everywhere I take it.

I think the view is the only device in this category. I would get one for myself if it wasn't so darn expensive. By the way, this is an Android TV sub, such as the SHIELD TV.

You could buy a normal TV and then install a touch screen overlay on top of it. You'll need a computer to run it also. Large touch screens cost a lot of money. Don't expect it to be cheap.

Does it need to have TV features specifically, or just a large display? Not AndroidTV, not a TV so no video inputs or anything, and a few years outdated at this point, but Nabi put out a 20 and a 24 inch tablet a few years back. Could set up a NAS with all the videos you want and install a network capable media player
