If you're trying to figure out Kodi, you want r/Kodi and/or r/Addons4Kodi
If it's Android TV related questions you're going to need to be more specific.
Use the remote. Pick an app and open it. Use app.
Or is this just a "how do I setup Kodi" question? Cuz you could just come right out and say that.

Also BIG hint. With Android TV there is "Long Press" OK remote button functionality and "Short Press" OK remote button functionality. Experiment with various Apps, Icons and files.
For something simple i suggest going into the Google Playstore and installing Archos player.
Insert USB flash drive, go into video menu, then files, should see the flash drive.
