I can change sources & put volume up & down by using the buttons on the TV at the back, but that's about it. I cannot access the menu or do anything, I hope there's a way to factory reset the TV without the remote.

I found a method on youtube video from 2013 that says hold the volume UP button on the remote and press the power button at the back of the TV to reset the settings, but that doesn't work since nothing on the remote works.
