How do I set up the Harmony remote that came with the hub, properly?

So I bought two these since it was a great deal Harmony hub remote

What I have Nvidia Shield & Mi Box LG 4k TV & Insignia TV Google Home

Living room I set up the Hub with my computer cuz I heard that installation is alot easier & it read my Nvidia shield TV & 4K quickly.

The problem I have is the harmony remote, I heard the remote works better it being on Bluetooth connection with the shield but it could never read it.

My only grip with the remote is the Back button doesn't work, I have to use to the Exit button.

How do I make this work? I even tried the button mapping and it says it won't ready it or maybe I'm doing it wrong.

The same problem with the bedroom on my Mibox tv

I have the exact same... Just download the Harmony app on your phone and it'll walk you through the process.

Which Harmony remote? I have the Elite that came with the Harmony Hub and it's really simple to setup. Download the PC/Mac app and you can do anything with it. You can even change the remote wallpaper! You can remap buttons, you can fine tune Activities, update firmware... much more than you can do with the phone based app.

Haven't tried it on my shield but with my mi box 3 I added the remote as a Amazon fire stick remote instead and the mi box paired it fine

I have the exact same harmony hub remote and it works amazing with the shield.

Both the back and exit buttons do the same thing for me,go into harmony setup and edit the shield activity and remap both to BACK.
