how to play BDMV folder with menus ?

I'm not sure what you mean by "with menus". What device do you have?

It is just 100% easier to rip the main movie into mkv.

Kodi can play mkv's all day without problem. Playing full blu-rays with menus is always tricky to do.

It's also a waste of space.
