Gamestream and cintroller issues. Need help.

by Bboy486

I'm stumped.

I have a 2017 Nvidia TV hardwired to my Ethernet. I have a 4K Vizio A PC hardwired and a GTX 960.

I have tried Gamestream, moonlight and the steam app.

The controller (but Nvidia controller gen 1 and 2) work to navigate Android TV and steam but once in a game it's a hot mess.

Ex. When running NBA2K16 the controller either lags so it is unplayable or skips inputs. Ot has 3-7 sec lag when pressing a button. Also if I want to go to the next menu item it goes two down instead of one.

Ex 2. Call of Duty BO2 when I get to the menu to start, the directional don't show on screen. I hear it move but I don't see anything to start the game.

Ex 3. Darksiders 2, works expect if I press select to equip me character when I resume the game the directionals don't work.

Nothing yet, submitted feedback on the shield. Will update here if I have any results.

Have you tried using Xbox 360 controllers, either wired or using this adapter for wireless: https://www.amazon.com/COOLEAD-USB-Wireless-Receiver-Controller-Consoles/dp/B00O9UT9RC/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_147_lp_t_3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=YHCK8ST4S6VRM34DSJ3T

Moonlight might need to be calibrated to support Nvidia controllers, but it supports Xinput devices like Xbox from the get go. I've used wireless 360 controllers on my Mi Box to control the GUI as well as play games
