The one thing the AML S905's do very well is run (non HDR) LibreELEC Kodi Krypton. In fact better than Android Kodi with a lot more flexibility. Suggest you head over to the LibreELEC Website - AMLogic subforum.
There are probably a few dozen random Chinese "manufacturers" that use that blueprint to hack together something that boots an old ass version of an AOSP build of touchscreen Android.
Support doesn't exist for these devices. You may as well be asking who to call to get a refund on an bootleg DVD that you bought in Chinatown.
Toss it and get a real AndroidTV device.
