Does anyone else have the issue where the sound cuts for a split second when watching Netflix/Vevo.
Its not my bandwidth and I dont think it is a problem with my receiver since my PS4 does not do this.
I have sound output set to HDMI and get Dolby Digital/ Dolby Digital + and DTS when using SPMC.
Please Help!
Swap your HDMI cable from your PS4 to your Mi Box. See if it still happens. Easy way to check to see if it's the cable causing it.
Have you hard selected HDMI in the Android Settings > Sound > Digital sounds ?
Also try turning OFF - HDMI CEC
Same here. I have tried different solutions but actually, anything fixed this. I have original 6.0.1 android. Really annoying bug.
Mines happens on spmc as well as Netflix.
Yes!! I only started noticing Netflix cutting out for a second over the last month or two, maybe from one of the small patches. Only happens when using Dolby digital plus passthrough to my AV receiver. Turning off 5.1 in Netflix and it works fine. Makes me mad as I got this for Netflix 5.1 and it did work fine before.
I don't have issues in spmc with Dolby digital at all streaming over SMB. Have not tried DTS though.
