I have question, Is MiBox has google cast built-in? so I can cast from screen's android phone to the TV?

Yes but chromecast and chromecast built in(what the mibox has) are different in implementation and google isn't very clear about the difference.

Yes, although it doesn't seem to always work as well as my actual Chromecast. Also, the ability to cast your phone's screen will depend on your phone. Some can, some can't.
