I have 2 mi boxes. Never had any issues. Very responsive and fast for kodi, Netflix, YouTube.

MINIX A2 Lite is a good quality Wireless remote. Works with everything.

But with Android TV, you really do not need another remote because the Android TV Apps do not need an Air Mouse to control them properly.

The simple Wireless BT Voice remote the Mi Box comes with is one of the best on the market for ATV.

I have both Nexus Player and Mi Box.

Hdhomerun Prime works fine on both. As does Sony Vue and SlingTV. Plays nice with my dual band Asus n66u.

NBC news app struggles on the Mi Box, but not the Nexus. Mi Box stutters a frame in Kodi, providing a "Max Headroom" effect when playing off my file server. Happens every 5 to 20 min, doesn't happen on my Nexus.

N64 emulation seems a bit faster on the Mi Box.

got 2 mi box and very happy with my purchase.

I just got a mibox this month. There are a few apps on shield that are not on mibox. Otherwise I have no complaints. I also have a super cheap android box, just dont login to google services on those and they run single apps like kodi just fine.

Thanks you all I just ordered one!

Its not a very fast box but it will be enough for most people. Make sure you update it and do a factory reset to minimize issues. Android TV suffers from a lack of boxes because Google hasn't made a new TV box yet and FireTV has taken the Android market mostly for itself.

not very fast!!! Oh well it has the same interface like the Nvidia sheild tv that is why I was interested without paying 200 dollars.

Youtube video looked like it was fast
