I haven't been able to get the box to turn on our connect. I have changed the remote battery. I have turned off and on. Still can't get anything to to display on the tv.

I have the black screen problem now and then unplugging it usually helps

Thanks all I chatted with Xiaomi today and they think it is a hardware failure...Too bad I am in Canada so they can laugh at me for being so foolish to try their awesome product (when it turns on)
