I asked the same thing a while back, just ended up setting the 2nd one up manually. Other than using Backup on Kodi, there doesn't seem to be a way to clone other apps/settings over to a new device. I probably spent more time looking for a way to do it than it actually took to setup the 2nd device the same as the first in the end.
What do you have to set up? its a pretty plug and play thing.
I don't think so. Maybe connect them via USB cable and see if it does something?
Load the apk's onto a USB and just install.
