Also check no provider has the rights in your area. In the UK BT Sport's hold the UFC broadcasting rights so you can't watch it through the official UFC android app.
There is an official app for Android TV. Why would you need to download a browser? Also, you can cast it directly from your mobile phone from the UFC app. It has supported Chromecast for a long time.
