I have a denon receiver that is compatible with Shield remote IR, but the volume is too low sensitive so it's not practical to adjust volume with it as it takes forever to slide up or down, any way to increase the sensitivity?

No adjustments that I'm aware of, does it support HDMI cec? might be a better option if it does
