Odd. I'm on Red and don't see ads with the new version.
I thought I was the only one who see ads sometimes despite red subscription.
I unsubscribed because of this. Speak with your money, unsubscribe then email them. They'll confirm - this decision costs them money.
This is unacceptable if true.
I think you still see ads on original Red Programming. Were you watching original programming or just a random YouTube video?
Side question - do you find the curved TV improves viewing/immersion - or 'eh'?
I just wish red would come here. I'm already paying for gpm and I'm using YouTube daily. If it's licencing for the red oc, leave it out, just give me the features that I'm paying for had I been in another country

Strange. Were you signed into youtube Red? The only time that's happened to me is when I go to my friend's house, and we both cast to his chromecast (but he doesn't have Youtube Red).
Why are you using the new version?
Happens to me with the Apple TV too, haven't seen ads anywhere else.

I've seen two adds since the update, I figured it was on the video I watched until I saw the second one. Will be filling a complaint.
I don't have Red sub and still don't see any ads :) //hint: use adblocker
Subscribers should file a complaint on the YouTube community forums. This is just bad.
