Know when people complain fire TV has more developer support? This is why. Google doesn't even prioritize their own ecosystem. Why would some random network with much more limited developer resourcs.

I would not expect to see this until O is released for Nexus Player & Shield. Hoping there will be some tight integration, we already saw the new launcher can do live video preview thumbnails.
