Is this TX2 - R2 box a good deal in comparison with a Mi Box 3?

I've been considering buying a mi box 3 for IPTV streaming. It cost around 70 euros on aliexpress. However, this popped up on my emails and it doesn't seem that much worse for a fraction of the price. Seems like a good deal no?

I can't recommend a Chinese junk box. One of the best parts of Android TV is having Google Cast built-in. You're not going to get that with touchscreen Android. Also, you also won't be stuck with an older version of the operating system and all the security holes that have been found since its release. (I've seen a lot of boxes still running Lollipop!) You get what you pay for, and knockoff electronics are usually not worth it.
