I mean, how does Google even break this? Keyboard input is an android subsystem. They didn't even follow their own specifications.

Example Scandinavian layout seems to be something that Google has forgotten all about. Example if you want to search "best team radio comments of Kimi Räikkönen", you need to replace the ä letters with a letters.

Yeah it isn't big issue, because at least youtube seems to be smart enough to understand that I meant kimi räikkönen when I typed Kimi Raikkonen.

However more than few times I just don't remember that, and I will end up with Kimi Rikknen because this new youtube completely ignores åäö letters when you try to type them into the search box.

Yeah nobody search for Kim Räikkönen often enough to make this a huge issue. however in the Finnish and other Scandinavian languages, those åäö letters are used many non kimi räikkönen related words too.
