If you just wanna do gamestreaming, then a Steam Link is pretty affordable. If you want gamestreaming plus Android TV, then the only other option is a Mi Box for $70.
I thought the shield only did 1080p for gamestream
Moonlight based off gamestream right? But you saying it can do 4k?
If you can afford the Shield, go for that, it's the best 4K Adroid TV box out here. You don't even need to use Moonlight as the Shield comes with the official Nvidia Gamestream app.
