Unfortunately, DirecTV Now has only been released for specific Android TV devices (specifically, LeEco smart TVs). You can sideload the app to other devices and it mostly works, but most people running Android TV stick with providers that officially support the platform like Sling and Vue.
It doesn't exist and there is so far no plans.
