I also want to know. I gave my Nexus Player away after I've got Mi Box. Is it still boring as the developer preview version? (Black background, bunch of large thumbnails and icons)

Been on it since DP1 from what I can tell all the major changes are mainly below the hood and it's mostly just a waiting game to see what devs do with it, of course there is the launcher but I'm sure at this point it's not really that new
