If you can't find it I've read that some USB microphones(/webcams with integrated ones) will work for voice. Haven't tried it myself, and you wouldn't have the key to initiate the voice search from anywhere unless maybe you can use a program to remap a button to that on a different remote, but it might be worth a shot.
Consider installing the Android TV remote app from the Play Store or a universal (physical) remote with a QWERTY keyboard
I thought the Shield remote worked? Or does the voice on it not work with the Mi Box?
Gearbest has one I think
