You can install/sideload acestream app on your Android TV.
Don't know if there is a way to cast from a computer but I'm casting from my smartphone. Just download the acestream media beta, input the acestream id and cast to the TV. I use it on the mibox but it should work with your Sony as well. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.acestream.media
if you have chrome on your computer you can cast your desktop, put the video to full screen. Otherwise, the android app works too, install VLC along with it.
I use soda player to cast the acestream to my Android TV.
There is an app for Windows and Mac called Sodaplayer which is a desktop Acestream player which can cast pretty well
