I've only had mine for a few days but the experience has been flawless for me. Handles it just as well as my gen 2 chromecast.
I really put it through its paces yesterday when I streamed various different acestream links from my MacBook to it and it didn't give me a single problem.
Had mine for months and besides the netflix issues casting is amazing.
The casting is amazing, the box all around is just the best!
I cast my desktop for the entire fight last night and it worked great.
Android TV Chromecasting is not as good as using actual Google Chromecasting Hardware period - there will always be something that will not work reliably.
Reliability has been pretty spotty across various ATV platforms, so much so Google have even opened a Beta test Google Cast software program to try and improve it for ATV users.
No real issues with casting!
Mine never shows up as an available option for casting.
I like to know what the issue is with mine then. I get horrible audio lag when casting from my Chromebook, phone, or tablet. I ended up buying another Chromecast because I got tired of the lag on the mibox. I've done factory resets and everything.
