Yes had that same problem yesterday on various ATV boxes.
Hi there ! I have an issue with Live Channels since a few days : I can't close the guide's category menu (on the left).
Before that, I only had to go back to the program grid to close it.
I tried to clear the app cache, data, even removing the updates, rebooting my Shield : nothing worked.
Please help !
Did you go to the 'All Channels' entry, then scroll right once?
Unplugging the dang thing has always worked for me. Very frustrating!
I've had it- 2x. Only way I've found to get of it is to do a factory reset. It only came back again. I'm not resetting unless I absolutely have to.
Problem solved, apparently by a hdhomerun software update !
