I have the official DAZN android tv app on my MiBox in Germany, was on the play store.

I was looking for the same thing last week, but couldn't find anything.
Just keep in mind, you can only sign up if your billing address is in one of the supported countries like Canada. I live in the U.S. and it blocked me after putting in my credit card info. I was even VPN'd through a Canada server.
