Whats crazy is 8 of you upvoted the op for this garbage.
What do you mean fixed? The only big issue is the login issue which should be fixed eventually (seeing as it works with other devices using the leanback UI). The rest of the "issues" tend to be design choices.
No, last update for the TV APK was 8/8/17.
