Have an arealer x9 android tv box, netflix look ok, not as good as it does on my ps4 but its pretty good, kodi looks great but hbo go looks like if it was playing bootleg copies (interface and preview pics looks crisp and clear but the videos look awful)
And that X9 box would not even be giving you 720 or 1080p Netflix anyway, because it would not have the required Widevine L1 DRM and HDCP 1.x / 2.2 certificates. Legit Android TV boxes have these certificates.
Max 480p Netflix resolution on 99% of those cheap Chinese Android boxes.
