So I had my harmony hub paired to the Shield TV, and working great but rooted my Shield which required unlocking the bootloader. That erased all device settings/storage. So now my Harmony hub still thinks its paired but the Shield doesnt know anything about it. I tried adding a bluetooth device, but it doesnt do anything. I know i can delete the Shield from Harmony and set it up again as new device, but then I have to go thru the trouble of remapping all my keys, which I would like to avoid.
Anyone know how to force the harmony hub back into pairing mode?
Go to Harmony Setup > Add/Edit Devices & Activities > Activities and select the activity that you use for your Android TV.
Choose the option to rerun activity and at the bottom of that next screen should be a connectivity option. Select that and re-pair device is available in the next screen.
