Not sure if this has been mentioned but i have been trying to find a Browser i can use with the Mibox remote and be able to download APK. I used PuffinTV browser yesterday and was able to use the remote to download directly and then use ES FileExplorer to install. Are there any other browsers that are able to yet? I had no success with Chrome.

Use Puffin to download Aptoide, then get your APKs from there.
Invest in one of those 15 dollar air mouse / keyboard combos from amazon and sideload any browser created for android phone and tablet.
Basic chrome is fast and runs great, browsers based on chromium like NoChromo and Jsawyer are even faster and have ad blocking built in.
This one is good: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015O5UM6M/ and the batteries seem to last forever. I have a small USB hub hooked up to my Mi Box, but be aware the tiny dongle will occupy the Mi Box's one and only USB slot otherwise.
Some are even a few dollars cheaper.
