i can't help with sources, but once you've got them, you can use cumulus tv to get them into live channels.

Other than malimar.tv as mentioned the only other one that I know of is what use to be know as dootv. Which is now www.thaiflix.com/home I can not read thai or lao So im not sure if they have an app or not. I believe they use to on roku though.
