Live channels with Network Tuner on shield: volume considerably lower than every other source and app

Does anyone else experience this or had any tips?

All apps (including HDHomerun) = normal volume

Live channels with regular sources or even Hdhomerun input = normal volume

But liveChannels with Network Tuner , volume about 30% lower.

Very annoying because switching sources or apps causes volume, and also I can't get full volume output out of TV or doundbar when watching liveChannels with Network Tuner.

Same on mine. However, pluto channels on live channels play at normal volume for me. Only tuner channels are low.
