Hi, some apps aren't available in my country. I've tried using vpn's like Betternet & smart dns. The Play Store still seems stuck to my country. Should I log out of my google account/clear data first before I turn on vpn? Some in depth tutorials on how to do it would be appreciated, thx.
Try changing your payments profile to country which you want to install from https://payments.google.com Next open app on playstore in a browser from a VPN.. Then click install on your android tv device remotely.. See if it was working..
