USB3 Nic for Sony W850C?

Hello ATV junkies!

I have a Sony W850C ATV and im looking for a USB3 nic for it. I do have it hard wired, and im looking to stream higher quality movies to it from my NAS. Im running into data rate limitation due to the built in port being 10/100... Are there any out of the box supported USB3 nics on the market that run at gig-e speeds on this particular TV? Im not sure if Sony cripples its ATV by distributing a limited number of drivers (built in), so hopefully someone has direct experiance.

Any USB to Ethernet adapter will work. But it's then limited by USB speeds.

I would be shocked if you had anything that actually needed gig ethernet for video streaming. Most raw ISO retail BR won't even saturate 100 meg.
