Twitch app crashing on Oreo?

Just updated, and it looks like Twitch is crashing. The screen goes black for a sec like its going to launch then back to the main screen. Anyone else experiencing this? Fixes? Pretty much the only reason I still use this Nexus Player is for Twitch. :\

if you uninstall the app casting works. in the past the twitch app never works on the NP when there is a big update so this is nothing new for them.

The Twitch app has been working fine for me since Oreo. That said, I have seen what you're talking about, but only when I was casting YouTube, or a couple times at the launcher after exciting an app.

Yeh, same here crashes on open. Even after a factory reset it does the same.

Twitch is a buggy mess, they haven't updated they android tv for more then a year now.

I can relate. I bought a Nexus Player and updated it to Oreo and since then Twitch app hasn't worked.
