I have tested this, and it's working.

EDIT: USB tuner support is not working, but it's the best build I've used so far, including MM builds.

Anyhow, I've been running this for a few days and had no issues.

Hell yes! This is a userdebug build! which means it has root enabled, previously only very old marshmallow builds had it so a big thank you to whoever shared this!
Edit: Was able to replace/update Google for Android TV to 3.0 and got Google Assistant working !

No USB tuner support in this build. Everything else working good so far. Has April security patch.

Updated to this from 924. So far so good. Haven't had any crashes our freezing like I've had been played with in 924, so far. 👍

Does Netflix 4k work on this release? Any issues with the app, I use the Mibox mainly for this and I would never turn it down

I have a problem now, upgraded from last official 6.0. I have an old Panasonic plasma hooked up to Denon 4k hdcp 2.2 receiver via arc hdmi ouuput and mibox as input on same receiver. After the update I only get info that my tv is not hdcp 2.2 compatible. Connecting mibox directly I get picture on my tv and now have audio via optical cable to the receiver, but no 5.1 or on screen menu from receiver. Since I dont use 4k yet, can hdcp 2.2 be forced down since I guess mibox and denon negotiate 2.2 bu denon cannot do the same with tv, hence no picture at all?

Is there a way to block System Update OTAs not rooted? I'm on Nougat Beta Build 1028 and I always get notifs on the July Update (Marshmallow).. It's annoying as the box constantly reboots to update only for it to fail

For people who went from the latest official MM build, what does this Nougat beta offer that the latest official firmware does not?

Does holding the home button down invoke some sort of task switcher? Are there are a greater number of apps now that you can leave momentarily without the app forcing a complete refresh when it regains the focus?

FYI this build is a disaster for me, 924 is much better... 1028 felt sluggish and would randomly reboot to install some phantom update that would fail each time. I wiped cache and it still kept doing it everyone once in a while.

Hi please I need help in any way. I have the mi box but had it updated to a nougat 1028 build and it's constantly trying to update the July security patch. However since this is a 6.0 update, it will "not" work on a 7.0 build, but will continue to try updating that fix. I can't stop it. Is there a detailed way I can revert to 6.0 please and or bypass that July security update?
