I've always been using ES File Manager to conveniently transfer files (mostly apks for sideloading) between my android device and PC. Now when Dropbox is no longer working I have to look at other alternatives.
I'm trying out Amaze which has a pretty clean look. The app doesn't seem intended for ATV, but it's easy to navigate if you have a USB mouse.
Any other suggestions? Preferably remote friendly.

Stupid question, but why not use any of the other cloud drives still supported? Google drive takes like two taps on the remote to set up.
I strongly dislike ES, but beggars can't be choosers on Android TV.

which is last version released that is free of crapware and sideloads with full functionality on AndroidTV. Shows on home screen and works with remote commands
I’ve only ever used FX Explorer and it works great with Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive. $$.
It’s like $1.99 for the cloud featuers, and you will have to buy it on phone and sideload key, but it just works.
