I don’t know if this is a route your into but Smash hosts not only a decent repo but he has an .apk directory that includes some AndroidTV specific apps that you can download...maybe that might work for you?
There is a Kodi addon called Pandoki that works well for me. It's the only Pandoa addon for Kodi that seems to be working right now. It's available at the SuperRepo repository under the music section. And if you are a free subscriber it will play all music without ads.
Have you tried searching via other market app like Blackmart or Aptoide?
