For me it works although i'm not subscribed to premium service.

I think my issue is I’ve bought a subscription with an email address and password, rather than setting up a username first, then purchasing, still can’t get it working, nba support suggested I re-install the app, will try when I return from work trip, not confident though
Worked! Asked me for email rather than username cheers guys
I'll be buying it soon and haven't read any issues about this...
