Either plug in a keyboard or put a file called xiaomi_update in the root directory of your USB drive that points to your update zip via the command:

--update_package=/udisk/update.zip

You can adjust the path or filename as needed.

These instructions have been given in every thread for the update, often multiple times. Feel free to read the comments in the future.
