That's an Android box (TV box with Android), not an Android TV box. Call the company that made it, I'm sure they offer stellar customer support.
As said, that's not an Android TV device which this sub is for. That said, if it's one of the ones with rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from slipping try prying those off, a lot of the time manufacturers of various things will hide screws holding the body together under those
I don't know if you managed to solve your problem. This thread appears to be 5 months old. Still... the S10 R-TV Box is slightly different than other Andoird TV Boxes. The key to open the same is Aluminum Top Lid. This lid has to be pried open. Be gentle and use a spudger tool to separate and then lift the lid off the plastic box. Thereafter there are about 3 or four screws that need to be unscrewed. That's it. You gain access to the SoC. Be sure to use anti-static tools.
