International NBA League Pass on USA Shield TV

Hi all, I've an international League Pass from the NBA and I'm trying to watch games on my Android TV (Shield TV Pro) in the USA. I've a VPN for my international location, but I'm unable to login into the NBA TV Android TV app. It works on my phone and Windows tv with VPN on. Anyone have success logging into an international League pass account on an Android TV?

Also I'm unable to Chromecast a working live stream from my phone or laptop onto my Android TV. It shows loading for 5 seconds and then exits. Anybody also able to Chromecast successfully for an international NBA League pass?

I use it outside USA. I have used in the states as well ... Specifically for NBA League Pass.

There is a kodi add-on for NBA International League Pass as well, which would let you do this. You would still need a dns proxy to make it appear that you are in another country. If you are using a VPN, you should choose the country with the lowest latency (usually somewhere closeby). Your problem may be the NBA app as I think there is some funny business going on behind the scenes. There is only one Android TV NBA app available as far as I can tell, which Neulion (who does the international league pass as opposed to someone else for the USA version) says is not supported for the ILP (it works nonetheless, but there is a few seconds of audio lag).
