I couldn't stand the screen saver they'd show in the background for whatever is playing. Those pictures were creepy sometimes and didn't help me realize what was playing. I'll take the new style.
I dislike the black UI of the new Play Music app and I really miss the whole colorful "overlay" aesthetic that most Android TV apps had just a few years ago. I'm just wondering if anyone else on has the same opinion.
I miss the mood stations.
I prefer the black background, but I wish it had the colorful accents. The white sidebar is too jarring. The main reason I like the update is GPM finally works on my Mi Box. Before it was almost completely broken, the only thing that worked was casting stations from my phone. Now I'm just waiting for .oga file support.
Anyone know of a good music visualizer app? Does that even exist for Android TV?
Am I taking crazy pills?! The new 'design' is basically an empty shell with 80% of the features removed. All I get is a short list and an empty 'my artist' section.
No more suggestions, no more mood, no more new release section, no more 'I fee lucky' section.. the app is all but gone, how can some of you prefer it?!
