Does anyone have Syfy, AMC and BBC apps that may be Amazon Fire TV versions (signed or unsigned apps) that can be installed on Android TV (specifically Nvidia Shield TV).
The fact that these providers have native TV apps in Amazon and not Android TV is forking ridiculous.
I don't know about SyFy/AMC, but there is already a BBC iPlayer app for the Nvidia Shield. It only shows up if you are in the UK region though.
So if you are elsewhere (like me) you need to sideload it.

You have to also make it look like you're in the UK to watch the content (smart DNS or VPN will do).
