You can get an hdmi switch i only have 2 hdmi on my tv one is arc and the other is a 5 port hdmi switch
Does your TV have analog VGA? You could use that for the PC.
Does your TV and STB have component? You could use that for the STB
Either solution would free up an HDMI port
To answer your question, no. There are no Android TV devices with HDMI in.
If you are using the PC as a HTPC I would advise just disconnecting it and buy a Shield TV in it's place.

Get an HDMI matrix 4 in 2 out. Better than a switch and can feed 2 TV's if needed in the future.

I have one with a splitter and feed 3 TV's in my home and use my shield on every television so I don't need more than 1. I also have IR repeaters everywhere to send the signal back to my stbs and shield.
