Hi /r/AndroidTV,

My apologies if this isn't the right spot, but I was hoping that someone else here might have a suggestion or two that I have not tried. Out of nowhere the TV will not even power on. I've tried Sony support and nothing helped, including an attempted forced reset by using the physical power/volume buttons on the back of the TV. I feel that an app update might have bricked it, but I wasn't sure if anyone has experienced the same with this model. It's out of manufacturers warranty by one year, so repair or a new set will be my next steps. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks for reading.

edit: Quick update, I ended up taking the TV to a local authorized Sony repair center. The logic board was fried. Also, the replacement part is around $450 in case anyone else has this issue in the future. Thanks for your help everyone!
